All players will be provided with a helmet, shoulder pads, practice and game jerseys, pants, and a girdle and pads. There are other mandatory pieces of equipment that we do not provide.

A mouthpiece does not have to have an attachment for a facemask but it is a good idea. A better idea is to have a spare or two since they do get chewed up.

Two pairs of "over the calf" football socks-one royal blue and one white.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Equipment
- An all-in-one 7-piece girdle. You can find these "Integrated" girdles at sporting goods stores and on the web as well. We provide these pads, but many players choose the all-in-one girdle due to its comfort. (These girdles are mandatory at the High School.)
OTHER EQUIPMENT - NON-ESSENTIAL BUT RECOMMENDED:
- Personal water bottle for practice.

High-quality chin strap (UA, Nike, Shock Doctor, etc.) or chin strap shield for comfort.
- Football gloves - receiver gloves have great technology to aid in catching and securing a football. All football gloves must meet the NOCSAE test standard at the time of manufacture unless made of plain cloth. Most gloves made by major manufacturers (UA, Nike) have this NOCSAE label and are NFHS approved.
