Freshman Orientation

Quakertown Community High School recently welcomed incoming ninth-grade students and their families for a successful Freshman Orientation and Dual Enrollment/Electives Fair.

The event provided an informative and engaging opportunity for families to learn more about what to expect during a student’s first year at QCHS while also beginning the important transition from middle school to high school.

Freshman Orientation

Throughout the evening, families gained valuable insight into academic expectations, graduation requirements, scheduling, and the wide range of courses available to students—including dual enrollment opportunities and elective pathways aligned with student interests and career goals. Attendees also had the chance to meet teachers, administrators, and staff face-to-face, ask questions, and explore the curriculum and supports that will be in place for next year’s incoming freshmen.
